Chatting with Lewis Byford on The Financial Planning Podcast

I recently had the pleasure of joining The Financial Planning Podcast for a conversation about building an advice business focused on making a difference rather than making a name.

I’ve been in financial planning for a long time, and I’m still learning. Over the years, my focus has moved from concentrating on the why and how of delivering financial planning to thinking more deeply about the kind of firm I want to build — the culture it creates, the people it supports, and the difference it makes for clients over the long term.

In the episode, we talk about creating a values-led business that puts clients first, supports good people, and is built to last. I also share a few lessons (and mistakes) from my own journey.

If you fancy, you can listen to the episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or The Financial Planning Podcast website.
